I’d like to suggest a feature for the app. The ability for users to customize the color scheme to match their brand or website. Instead of picking from preset colors, they should be able to use a color picker tool or input a HEX code (like #FF5733) to set their exact brand color. This would allow for better brand alignment on their Beacon page

Can the conversations be white-labelled so the email address users receive the email from say our domain name instead of notifications@userbeacon.io?

Wanting to use the Ideas for a specific purpose. So that we can be specific, would we be able to edit the wording on the pages users see?

Would like to I have ability to reword the title header and sentence below it for all four tabs to our own liking. Therefore for example if we can change the title header the flexibility of changing the wording of the fields below should be allowed. Instead of using "submit your ideas" maybe I like "Share your recommendations". Then the title filed should be changed to "Title - a brief summary of your recommendation" Then even the orange button could be renamed to anything instead of "Submit Idea". Could read instead: Thanks for sharing Submit recommendations We appreciate you sharing Submit suggestions or anything to make it different and unique . Therefore the page flows. Having this available for all the tabs allows more unique customization across the different brands. The more flexibility in this wording area will be much better then going generic for all the four tab pages. Thanks.

May we please have the 'View Ideas' Widget as well? Also, would it be possible to edit the widget colour, icon, plus the Name/Title and size of box that pops up?

Hello, Thank you for the great product. We need an embed code to display actual testimonials on our website, not just a code for collecting and submitting testimonials. Thanks.

Prior to submitting an idea, having a search feature to see if (and vote on) anyone else suggesting something similar to our thought(s).

Sometimes an image or video can explain ideas/testimonials better - would attachments to submissions be an optimal thing for UserBeacon, or prefer to keep things simpler?

A button to block anyone, or any bot, abusing the submission forms.

If members area idea is approved, maybe have an option for making voting public or within the private members area?

User enters email once only and then has members area login emailed to them for editing or submitting (more of) their ideas/testimonials.

Per brand, an ability to choose how many idea submissions a user can send (ie. 5/10/20 submissions per week/day/month)

To turn on or off an ability for choosing a window of time for users to vote within (plus timezone).

As well as the page numbers to click on, at the top of the 'View Ideas' page, would it be possible to have a dropdown box for selecting how many ideas per page we can view, please? (ie. 10 | 50 | 100)

When there are multiple pages of ideas, if we vote it knocks us straight back to Page 1. Can you make it so that, after voting, it keeps us on the same page we're voting on, please?

Please add the ability to answer the reviews with AI so they too have the option to show up on our wall of love 

Hi UserBeacon Team, I love how UserBeacon helps me gather ongoing student ideas, suggestions, and votes — but I’d really like to see live polling features added so I don’t have to switch between tools during my teaching and workshops. Here’s what I’d love to see: ✔️ Live multiple-choice polls I can launch during a session (Zoom, Teams, or in-person) ✔️ Word clouds students can contribute to, with live visual results ✔️ Simple 1–5 ratings or quick pulse-check sliders ✔️ Easy slide or chat sharing for the polls, so students can respond instantly ✔️ Smooth link between my live polls and the ongoing UserBeacon portal (so students can move between them easily) Why it matters: Combining real-time polls with the continuous suggestion board would make UserBeacon more powerful for live engagement — similar to Poll Everywhere or Slido — but all in one place. I’d rather keep students in one branded tool than switch back and forth. This would make UserBeacon the perfect all-in-one tool for: ✅ Instant live check-ins and ✅ Longer-term feedback, voting, and tracking. Is this something on your roadmap? Would it be possible for white-label owners to show/hide each menu link at the top of the page, please? Also, it'd be pretty sweet to be able to add our own menu link(s) alongside 'Submit Idea', 'View Ideas', 'Testimonials', 'Add Testimonial', and 'Rate App'.

When a specific purpose other than 'ideas' arises, can we please edit the text on the pages so we can be more exact with the message(s) to our viewers? Sidenote: Just noticed the copyright in the footer here says 'IdeaDock' but mine still says UserBeacon even though have added all of the white-label details, how would I fix this to say my own branding, please?

Can you add a Contact Us widget to the software. It wouldn't be for chat, just a place that they can put their email address, and/or phone number and type a message. And.....If it has the conversation feature added then it would be an awesome addition. Let me know what you think.
